KSK Group has prepared a privacy statement due to the processing of personal data, which may include your personal data. We have prepared this privacy statement so that you clearly understand how we handle your data, rights, and privacy. 

Who we are 

KSK Group International BV is a Netherlands-based business development and operations company active across multiple industries and international markets. Through a dynamic portfolio of ventures, investments, and partnerships, the company accelerates the growth of businesses by combining operational expertise, strategic advisory, and global perspective. 

Advisory & Business Development KSK Group International BV provides advisory services across corporate governance, investment strategy, restructuring, and business development. This includes business plan development, market analysis and positioning, partner and stakeholder engagement, and entry planning for competitive and emerging markets. 

Hospitality Hotel operations, pre-openings, service strategy, and guest experience systems. The company supports the launch and management of boutique, lifestyle, and high-end properties, with integrated food & beverage, creative direction, and site strategy. 

Food & Beverage Standalone restaurants, bars, and experiential venues. Services cover culinary identity, beverage programs, menu strategy, kitchen systems, P&L planning, supply chain management, training, and cost control—both within hospitality environments and as independent operations. 

Workforce & HR Systems Recruitment strategy, workforce planning, SOP design, leadership development, and internal training programs. Staff architecture is built in alignment with brand and service standards, including onboarding flows, performance culture, and Train the Trainer programs. 

Real Estate Development Strategic concept development tied to brand and operational potential, including site sourcing, feasibility planning, and market entry frameworks. The company collaborates with architects, developers, and municipal authorities on hospitality, lifestyle, and mixed-use projects. 

Creative & Brand Industries Brand creation, naming systems, and visual identity design. Services include experience concept development across spatial, digital, and cultural dimensions, content production, brand storytelling, and the integration of creative and operational alignment within ventures. 

This privacy statement applies to the services provided by KSK Group. 

Personal data processed by KSK Group 

Because you use our services, it is necessary to process the personal data you provide to us. The personal data is divided into three categories: name and address details (NAD), financial data, and special categories of personal data. 

Name and address details (NAD) 

When applying for our services, you provide us with access to your data. The information we then receive includes your name, address, place of residence, email address, and telephone number. 

Financial data 

We require your financial data to process payments. 

Special categories of data 

KSK Group handles privacy-sensitive personal data with care. It may occur that we require documents from you that include your Citizen Service Number (BSN). If you do not want us to process your BSN, we request that you ensure this number is not visible to us. We want you to feel comfortable sharing this data. Therefore, we guarantee that we handle your data with the utmost care. 

Whose personal data we process 

KSK Group processes the personal data of the following persons:

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data 

KSK Group processes your personal data for the following purposes: 

  • Processing payments 
  • Contacting you when necessary for the execution of our services 
  • Informing you about changes to our services 
  • Providing our services to you 
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as tax filings 

Computer programs and systems 

KSK Group uses the following computer programs and systems: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as other business management software including Apple Numbers, and Apple Pages in which your personal data may be processed. 

Retention period of personal data 

KSK Group does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. We apply a retention period of two calendar years.  

The data is stored within KSK Group’s Microsoft 365 environment, email systems, cloud storage, and internal databases, with access restricted to authorized employees only. 

 

Sharing personal data with third parties 

KSK Group shares your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution of our services or to comply with legal obligations. Personal data is only provided with your consent. 

KSK Group may share your data with companies, including partner lawyers, who process this data on our behalf. To ensure the same level of security and confidentiality, we conclude data processing agreements with these companies. These companies are also bound by confidentiality obligations. KSK Group remains responsible for the processing of your data. 

Accessing, correcting, or deleting data 

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to data portability, which means you can receive the personal data that a company or organization holds about you. 

A request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, or withdrawal of consent can be sent to privacy@kskgroupinternational.nl. 

To verify that the request has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document, with your passport photo, passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) blacked out to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest. 

KSK Group also informs you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). This can be done via the following link:

How we secure personal data 

KSK Group takes the protection of your data seriously and has implemented appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unintended disclosure, and unlawful alteration.
